Straight Stave Coopering Tools

Coopering Tools
With the increasing interest in coopering from the craft brewing and distilling industries, our coopering classes continue to be popular. When people start to learn the ancient art of coopering, they find that the specialty tools required are hard to find, new or used. These tools make it possible to continue to refine your newly learned skills in coopering.

Learn to make these tools using basic blacksmithing and machining skills. Lead instructor, Chuck Andrews and his crew excel at making your experience rewarding.

These are excellent companion classes to Coopering Buckets, Coopering Barrels, and Coopering Tankard.
The tools you will make during this class are the basic tools for making straight stave coopered vessels from piggins and buckets to butter churns and more.
