Tillers offers classes in farming and logging with draft animals, as well as traditional farm homesteading and artisanal skills, such as blacksmithing, woodworking, coopering, beekeeping, cheesemaking, caring for livestock, canning and preserving food, and much more. All classes are held at Tillers' Cook's Mill Learning Center unless otherwise specified.
Registration
Class size is limited so register early! A deposit of 30% of the course fee reserves your spot. Call to register with a Visa or MasterCard, or mail in our registration form with a check or your Visa or MasterCard information.
Discounts
Tillers members receive 10% off course tuition fees. Membership is only $40 a year and includes members of your immediate family. First time members receive 15% off class tuition during the first year of your membership. Register for multiple classes and receive 5% off. Register multiple people for one class and receive 10% off.
Class Lunches
Tillers classes include lunch (unless otherwise specified). Please inform us of special dietary needs ahead of time, including vegetarianism.
Lodging
Call for available on-site lodging at the Cook's Mill guest house, from $40 to $75 a night, or for information on lodging for classes held at DreamAcres in Wykoff, MN. Lodging at Cook's Mill includes kitchen access. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Staying at Tillers not only offers a convenient place to sleep, but an opportunity to share stories and friendships with other Tillers students.

Cancellations and Refunds
Tillers reserves the right to cancel classes due to low registration. In the event of a cancellation, paid tuition will be fully refunded. If you cancel your registration with at least one week's notice, your tuition will be fully refunded. If you cancel your registration less than a week before the class or fail to attend a class, Tillers may retain your 30% deposit and the remainder of your paid tuition will be refunded.
