Donkey Basics

Experienced the unique pleasure of donkey handling, hitching, and driving skills. Participants begin by learning how donkeys differ from draft horses and the distinctive characteristics that make them steadfast farming workers. Skills will be taught and honed with simple ground driving while progressing to field preparation and other farming tasks with a team.
