Participants will learn the history of each dish, techniques for cooking the dish, and how to use local ingredients. Students will leave the class with a typed recipe card, as well as suggestions on where to buy ingredients. The chef will also prepare one cocktail/mocktail for each class. There is no option for substituting proteins in the dishes. A list of ingredients can be provided upon request. Beginner class.
Main dish: Penang curry with pork
Appetizer: Tea leaf salad
Served with rice
